Lent and Easter at SPC
Shrove Tuesday
The night before Ash Wednesday, join members and friends for a Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper and trivia night hosted by SPC youth. This is a time of fellowship and preparation before Lent begins. We gather to enjoy a meal of pancakes, symbolizing the tradition of using up rich ingredients before the Lenten fast. The supper is a joyful occasion for community, reflection, and anticipation of the solemn season of Lent that begins on Ash Wednesday.
